Regular support groups are held all over Estonia – they are a meeting place for people with dementia to support each other by sharing their experiences, and the support group leader offers support and advice to the group participants to get the necessary services.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If your family member has a memory impairment or dementia syndrome and you or your family members need support, you are welcome to join a support group! Participation in the support group is free of charge!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Anyone who would like to take part in a virtual support group can let us know by writing to\u00a0tugigruppveebis@gmail.com<\/a>. The virtual support group is open to all people across Estonia who are affected by this topic! In order to participate in the virtual support group, you must have access to a computer and a working internet connection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The support groups in Lasnam\u00e4e, Valga, Narva and North Tallinn are in Russian, and we also organise virtual support group meetings in Russian.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
